North Hartland Lake

It’s been almost 2 months since we last were here. We didn’t see as many heron as in the past (just one flying) but did see a variety of wildlife and many wildflowers.

When we arrived, there was a pair of ducks at the landing.

We followed an eagle all the way up the river, and thought we saw a bear on the distant bank. It turned out to be a log in the river.

We came across these beaver, but they were so far away I wasn’t sure what they were until I got them on my computer.
