Fall has come. Red trees –Ompompanoosuc River 10/4/16
Duck hunting season has started and the ducks seem to know it. For the most part, they are more skittish and more adept at hiding, but there were a few exceptions. It was time for a dog walk this morning. It was foggy near the river. Connecticut River from the tracks.
The dogs leading the wayEllieDothan BrookGeese and duck near the log. This log had spent most of the summer near the shore. A few days ago, they let the river get a little higher and it floated off.
