The Pompy

Today was the day for the great blue heron. We saw him (we think it was just one bird) in three different locations.

A Day Trip to Squam

Jane, the dogs and I went over to Squam today to go kayaking. When we got there we discovered it was too windy to do it safely.

Grafton Pond

We paddled on Grafton Pond this morning and saw at least 12 individual loons scattered around the lake.
