We spent the morning on North Hartland Lake. It was a day for turtles, lots of small birds, flowers, more turtles. We did see one great blue heron flying up the river.

The Orford Art Group went to Squam Lake yesterday.
Wyatt piloted us around the lake on a cocktail cruise.





We all got a chance to be on Gene’s blues show on VOBB.

In the morning, Barb and I took Janet on her first kayak paddle.

We saw some wildlife: geese, loons, eagles, and bugs.








Jane and I made a quick trip to Squam joining Rebecca and her two friends, Susan and Barb. We arrived at sunset just after a rain storm.

This morning, some of us paddled around Great Island and saw a full slate of wildlife.

I walked down the hill to the White River to see the geese in Bob’s field.





We hung a humming bird feeder a couple of weeks ago but haven’t had many takers. Today we had a pair come who didn’t mind the rain and a photographer within a few feet of them.
